Enjoy the early morning peace of Annett Nature Center as you follow the Bur Oak Trail (0.16 mi) to a grassy open area for our practice location. This session is intended to ground us with nature to leave us feeling clear and energized.
Hike with the group at 7 a.m. or meet us there by 7:25 a.m. Please bring with you a yoga mat, towel or blanket, bug spray, layered clothing, and a water bottle. Hike the grounds at your own leisure after class.
A portion of all sales will be donated to Warren County Conservation Board.
