It all starts with the breath.

My job is to provide you with tools for connection.

Yoga is the act of noticing. Noticing the breath. Noticing where there may be held tension in the body. Noticing thoughts. Noticing connection to ourselves. I provide tools for those who are looking to feel more embodied and at home with themselves through Private Sessions, Community Classes, and Workshops + Special Events.

  • Regular private yoga sessions are a pretty special time for self-discovery, particularly for those looking to decrease stress or pain, as well as get back “in touch.” My methodology is a hybrid approach between SomaYoga and more traditional Hatha yoga, but sessions are completely catered to you and your goals.

We focus on small movement and breath awareness to create a feeling of balance between mobility and strength to find stability in many areas in life.

  • We all desire personal connection to others. What I’ve found is if we have greater connection to ourselves, we can better connect with others.

Community classes are a great way to connect both with yourself but other yogis in the community. There’s a certain energy about community classes that will leave you feeling both grounded and inspired.

  • I love to teach learnings that have resonated deep within me. Seasonally I offer workshops that are a more hands-on learning approach, such as a series for beginners or a certain demographic.

I also partner with various small businesses and corporate groups for special events. If you would like to partner or book me for a session, please contact me.

All of my classes are in small group settings which make for an intimate and approachable experience. I offer a variety of movements, breath awareness practices, and mindfulness catered to specific groups and individuals that help reduce stress, anxiety, and move through physical discomfort. All of my teachings and practices are based in Hatha and SomaYoga, with a blend of Ayurvedic principles and intuition-based teaching.

My Methodologies

  • SomaYoga

SomaYoga is a combination of traditional yoga poses, breath work, therapeutic yoga, Somatics, Ayurveda (the sister science to yoga).

  • Hatha Yoga

A relaxed, slower-paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer which allows for self-exploration, and integrates flowing movement, our energy systems, and the breath.
