Join us every Monday from noon-12:45 p.m. from wherever you are for Mid-Monday Movement. This class is suitable for anyone and everyone who is looking to reduce stress and find embodiment through mindful yet energizing movement. Cameras are always optional, but I do check in with the group at the beginning of every session to see how everyone is doing.

Recommended props to bring would be a mat, chair, yoga strap or similar, and a block or similar.

Virtual availability only. Registration is required as Zoom details to be sent prior to class. Registration via Venmo (@BethanyGrabe) is also available, but please include attendance date and email address in transaction.
