


4-Week Summer Series | Starts June 19
Are you looking to learn yoga, give your practice a refresh, or feel a bit more “in touch”?
This workshop-style series will break down key yoga poses through the lens of SomaYoga, which allows us to explore through breath awareness, subtle movement, and other mindfulness techniques. These are all tools to help with stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort. You’ll leave with a better understanding of the natural way you carry yourself in your posture and resources to use after our time together.
Tentative schedule:
Week 1: Mountain pose / posture + breath assessment
Week 2: Downward dog / shoulders
Week 3: Chair pose + Warrior I / hips
Week 4: Pyramid + Triangle poses / rotation
This space will give you the opportunity to ask questions in a community environment. Follow-up practices will be sent after each week to use between sessions or referenced in the future.
Attendance for each session is strongly encouraged to experience the full benefits of the program. Only 10 spots are available to create an intimate and open environment for in-person attendees. Virtual attendance is available.
