Bring some energy to your body and mind during this 45 minute Mid-Monday Movement class. We’ll move mindfully to build classes yoga poses to find strength, balance, and fluidity.

Suitable for all levels of yogis. Recommended props to bring would be a mat, chair, yoga strap or similar, and a block or similar.

Virtual availability only. Registration is required as Zoom details to be sent prior to class. Registration via Venmo (@BethanyGrabe) is also available, but please include attendance date and email address in transaction.
